She is a member of the Institute for Divorce Financial Analysts, a holder of the Certified Divorce Financial Analyst® credential, and a Divorce Mediator. A regular contributor to national and financial media, Michelle is co-author of the book Divorce & Your Finances written for Wachovia Securities financial advisors. Before starting Source Financial Advisors, she was a co-founder and Director of Family Wealth Management at Alexandra & James, an independent wealth advisor firm serving clients with $5 million to $40 million.

AnnMarie Broughton Director
AnnMarie joined Smith FSG Group as a Director in 2017, bringing with her over 18 years of experience in litigation consulting and forensic accounting. Since 2009, she has focused exclusively in the area of complex high-net-worth matrimonial litigation, specializing in all lifestyle analysis, income and asset tracing analysis and other non-valuation forensic projects. AnnMarie works very closely with clients and counsel, assisting them in all phases of the divorce process, including settlement negotiations, expert witness report preparation and if necessary trial preparation and expert testimony. Prior to joining Smith FSG, she held the position of Manager in a New York City based Divorce Advisory Services group of a national accounting firm, and also held a similar position in the Litigation Support Services group of a New York based regional accounting firm. AnnMarie is a New York State Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She recently completed her certification as a Divorce Mediator through The Center for Understanding in Conflict. AnnMarie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accountancy from Baruch College, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in History from Fordham University.
Jennifer Montoya, Esq., CDFA™ Senior Associate – Divorce Specialist
Jennifer joined Smith FSG upon her graduation from Brooklyn Law School in 2013. While in law school, Jennifer began her career at Smith FSG as an intern, during which time she developed the professional and interpersonal skills necessary to assist clients through the difficult, and often overwhelming, divorce process. She focuses on providing expert services in connection with complex high net worth matrimonial litigation and alternative dispute resolution. Jennifer assists counsel and clients with providing financial analyses including asset and income tracing, lifestyle, projected needs, cash flow, rate of return, and life insurance securitizations. She also prepares net worth statements, expert witness reports, and trial exhibits, and assists in additional trial preparation and support. She is admitted to practice law in New York and is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the New York City Bar Association, the Brooklyn Women’s Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. Jennifer is also a member of the Institute for Divorce Financial Analysts and a holder of the Certified Divorce Financial Analyst® credential. She recently completed her certification as a Divorce Mediator through The Center for Understanding in Conflict.
